2009 Statistics

2009 (Junior): Made 18 appearances, good for fourth on the team, as a primary middle reliever for the Bears … compiled a 1-1 record with a 5.61 ERA … struck out 10 batters in 25.2 innings of work … held left-handed batters to a .273 clip (9-33) … worked a season-high 3.2 innings allowing just one earned run to pick up his only win of the season at USC Upstate (March 22) … went 3.1 innings allowing just one run on five hits against A-Sun member FGCU (April 4) … struck out two in 2.0 scoreless innings of relief against Savannah State (April 22) … put together three consecutive scoreless relief appearances against Belmont to finish the season (May 14, 15, 21).

2008 (Sophomore): Made 19 appearances, starting two contests … Picked up first-career win in 1.0 inning of relief against FAMU (3/5) … Struck out a career-high four in first start of the season, a no-decision against FAMU (4/9) … Struck out a pair of batters in 1.0 inning of work against Georgia Southern (5/5). 

2007 (Freshman): Appeared in 12 games, starting one from the mound … Tallied 12 innings of relief pitching … Recorded season-high two strikeouts at South Alabama (2/18) and vs. Savannah State (4/24). 

High School: Earned two letters in baseball for the North Forsyth Raiders and coach Jim Cahill ... Posted a career 2.60 ERA, with 87 strikeouts in 90 innings of work … Won a national AAU Championship in 2006 with Midland Baseball.
