2009:

Broke into coach Ruzzo’s starting line up late in the season and showed the potential to be an explosive striker … appeared in 14 games, earning a starting nod in the final six contests of the season … collected three points on one goal and one assist … collected his first collegiate point when he assisted on the Bears lone goal in a 2-1 loss to FGCU (Oct. 22) … scored the first goal in a 2-1 win over Jacksonville (Oct. 29) which clinched a spot in the A-Sun Championship for Mercer.

High School:

Helped lead McIntosh HS to the 2007 state championship (21-0-2) and a spot in the 2009 state finals … three year varsity soccer letter-winner … recipient of the 2009 Coaches Award and chosen Most Improved in 2008 ... played club soccer for AFC Lightning 91 Permier … member of school honor roll.

Personal: 

Son of Delphina and Thyran Jones … born 10/13/90 … has two sisters, Brittney and Breana … mother, Delphina, was a Division II track and field All-American at California State University … sister, Brittney, played soccer at Birmingham Southern … majoring in journalism.
