2009 (Sophomore): Named to the Atlantic Sun Preseason All-Conference first team as a designated hitter ... appeared in 43 games, making 39 starts … logged time in left field and as a DH for Coach Gibson … hit .241 on the season on the strength of 32 hits … equaled his 2008 home run output with four long balls … also clubbed eight doubles to give him a slugging percentage of .398 … scored 20 runs and drove in 18 runs … six of his RBI came with two outs … showed a good eye at the plate, drawing 15 walks in just 133 at-bats … led the team with five sacrifice flies … slugged his first home run of the season against A-Sun member Lipscomb (March 8) … clubbed another home run to go along with two RBI against USC Upstate (March 20) … had a solid series against ETSU (March 27-29), going 4-for-11 with a home run, two doubles and four runs scored … went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored in a 16-5 win over Florida A&M (April 21).

2008 (Redshirt Freshman): Saw first action in a Mercer uniform after sitting out 2007 as a redshirt … earned Atlantic Sun All-Conference second team honors in addition to landing a spot on the A-Sun All-Freshmen team … also earned spots on the 2008 ALL PING! Freshman third team and the 2008 Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American team as chosen by Collegiate Baseball … led the team in batting average (.351), doubles (14), slugging percentage (.545) and on-base percentage (.463) … appeared in 47 games, starting 43 as either an outfielder or designated hitter … plated a double in first career hit in first start as a DH against Clemson (Feb. 23) … drove in first two runs of career with a double against Savannah State (Feb. 27) … went a perfect 3-for-3 with two double and two RBI against Campbell (Feb. 29) … blasted first career home run against Campbell (March 1) … went 4-for-5 with a pair of RBI and two runs scored against USC Upstate (March 9) … legged out first-career triple in a 5-for-6, two-RBI effort against ETSU (March 14) … scored a career-high five runs and was walked four times against Savannah State (April 16) … went a perfect 4-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base against Kennesaw State (April 19) … had a career-high four RBI on 2-for-4 hitting against Lipscomb (May 9).

2007 (Freshman): Redshirted.

High School: Earned three letters in baseball ... named All-County, All-District and All-State ... played for one of Florida’s premier AAU teams, the Orlando Scorpions, under Coach Sal Lombardo.
