Hello! My name is Nicky Bruno and I am the Head Cheerleading Coach at Mercer University. Mercer University is a private NCAA Division 1 institution located in Macon Georgia. Here at Mercer we have a talented and successful  Game Day / Small Coed Division 1 Competitive Cheerleading Program that we are very proud of.  After an impressive 3rd place finish in 2011 and 4th place finish at the 2012 NCA Collegiate Nationals, we are looking forward to attending this prestigious event again this year and finishing strong! We are currently in the process of recruiting for the 2013-2014 season, as well as future years to come! Partial scholarships are available to qualified student athletes! Information regarding our recruiting / skills clinic can be found below. 

Bear Fans! We are gearing up for another exciting year of athletics here at Mercer University! With our highly successful Basketball Teams, the addition of Football, and our successful Competitive Cheerleading Program, there is a lot to cheer about and many ways to become involved! Below you will find information regarding our Game Day / Spirit Squad Tryouts, our Competitive Team Tryouts, and our Mascot Tryouts. We encourage all interested participants to come explore what our spirit programs have to offer! Partial scholarships are also available to qualified student athletes!

Who: Current Male & Female Mercer Students, Graduating High School Seniors, and Transfer Students

Place: University Center on the Macon Campus
